With over a decade of expertise in software development and data engineering, he has established a reputation for delivering enterprise software projects that enhance efficiency and generate value. Before his current role as Chief Technology Officer at Aga Sure, Johane has held various positions that have honed his technical skills and leadership abilities. As the Founder Senior Software Developer at True Lane Projects, he led several key projects, including the design and deployment of a national data warehouse for HIV/AIDS and related health data. He also worked on the development of a multifaceted website solution for Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC) and an intranet solution for Companies and Intellectual Property Authority.
