Aga Sure provides comprehensive Workers’ Compensation Insurance to protect your employees from work-related accidents, as required by the law. The coverage extends to various types of workers, including permanent employees, apprentices, probationers, trainees, voluntary workers, and independent workers.

The benefits offered to employees include coverage for injuries or illnesses resulting from work accidents that occur while they are on duty. Additionally, accidents that happen during transportation to or from the workplace, using a vehicle owned by the business, are also covered. In certain cases, accidents that occur outside of regular work hours may be covered if the workers reside at the workplace.

The insured or the insured’s spouse will receive stipulated pension payouts and employee benefits. In cases where the degree of disability significantly changes after setting up the pension, adjustments to the pension payouts can be made under special circumstances.
